Does the birth partner need to come to the course too? 
They don't HAVE to, but I would really encourage them to! Hearing the facts and the logic will help them understand how important it is and how much of a support they can be during pregnancy and the birth. Being involved can bring you both closer together in your relationship and can increase the birth partner's bond with the baby. 


When should I do the course?
You can do the course at any point in your pregnancy but I would suggest doing it in your second trimester, so you can enjoy the benefits of it during pregnancy, taking advantage of the increased knowledge you will have and practicing the techniques, so that when it comes to giving birth, they will come naturally to you. Having said this, if you are further along in your pregnancy and would like to do a course, please do still get in touch, it will never be too late to benefit from it.

Do I have to pay for the course all at once?

Not at all. A 50% deposit will secure your place and the remaining 50% is due one week before you are due to complete your course. I am also happy to discuss personalised payment plans that are going to work for you, just get in touch to discuss.
